Washington Square is a 64-bed Intermediate Care Facility for the Developmentally Disabled that takes pride in providing the very best comprehensive care and services in a homelike setting. We provide our residents with programs that promote wellness, security, independence, community awareness and opportunities to develop new relationships and personal interests.
Washington Square is located in Titusville on the beautiful east coast of Central Florida. Just minutes from the historic downtown area, there is the opportunity for shopping, dining and cultural events throughout the year. Parrish Hospital is conveniently seconds away from Washington Square, and provides quality medical care in a healing environment.
Whether watching a rocket launch over the Indian River or enjoying local beaches, there something for everyone at Washington Square.
